The Process
 
1. Purchase the Custom Heraldry / Crest
Secure your place within the Atelier. Once commissioned, your crest becomes a dedicated design journey.
 
2. Receive your private questionnaire
You will receive a beautifully prepared PDF with access to your Custom Heraldry Questionnaire - a short, considered reflection designed to uncover the emotional and visual essence of your union.
 
3. Complete the questionnaire
Take your time. Your answers will guide symbolism, structure, tone, and artistic direction.
 
4. A personal design conversation
Once submitted, I will be in touch to arrange a 30-minute call. We will discuss your responses, refine ideas, and align on mood and meaning before drawing begins.
 
5. Receive your initial digital sketch
You will be presented with your bespoke heraldry concept — thoughtfully composed and layered with intention.
This is your moment to reflect and request refinements.
 
6. Approve your final design
After revision, once the crest feels entirely yours, we move to finalisation.
 
7. Delivery of your heirloom emblem
You will receive:
– A high-resolution transparent PNG file;
– Access to your crest within Canva;
– Clear, simple instructions on how to incorporate your heraldry into your wedding stationery designs;
