Wedding Questionnaire
& Consultation Call
To make sure your wedding stationery reflects you as a couple, I developed a wedding questionnaire:
After receiving the questionnaire, we will book a 30 min consultation call.
We’ll go through all your details and specify any illustrations to make the design uniquely yours.
After the consultation, I'll send you the designing quote based on your needs

Sketches &
Hand-Painting
After payment is made, I'll create digital sketches of your stationery package and send them to you for approval.
After you approve, I'll start the process of hand-painting your custom wedding stationery
Remember: All processes are different!
Example: If you haven't booked your catering at the time of booking your stationery, we might wait a little before we work on Menu's designs if you want food illustrations featured.

I'll set up your layouts in Canva and send you the Template Link where you will be able to edit the text

Venue Illustration
A hand-painted illustration of your wedding location, created exclusively for you. This artwork can be featured across one or multiple pieces of your stationery, becoming a timeless visual thread throughout your celebration.
Save the Date
Whether digital or printed, Save the Dates set the tone for what’s to come. Especially essential for destination weddings, they give your guests time to plan while offering a first glimpse into your wedding’s aesthetic.
Invitations
The cornerstone of your stationery suite. Your invitation brings together beauty and clarity, presenting all the essential details - date, time, and location - while expressing the spirit of your celebration through bespoke design.
Details Cards

Tony's Chocolate Bar
Custom-designed wrappers for Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate bars offer a sweet and personal option for inviting your bridal party — from bridesmaids to groomsmen — or gifting close family members on the wedding day. A small gesture with a big emotional impact, designed to be remembered (and enjoyed).
Custom Handmade Matchbooks (UK Only)
A small object with lasting charm. My custom handmade matchbooks are designed and assembled at the London Studio by me, making them a thoughtful, tactile keepsake for guests or a refined styling detail for your tables and bars. Fully customised to match your wedding stationery, they strike the perfect balance between playful and elegant - a detail that guests and you will be able to keep at home and remember.

What about printing?
Digital-First Design Approach (Global)
I deliver all stationery as professionally prepared digital design layouts on Canva, offering you complete freedom over how and where your stationery is produced.
Canva is an intuitive platform, designed to be simple and accessible even for those without any design experience. You’ll be able to make small text edits - such as names, dates, and wording - easily and securely, without the need for specialist software.
Alongside your designs, you’ll receive a concise printing guide with clear instructions on how to edit and download your files correctly for both digital use and professional printing, plus a small stationery glossary and my trusted printer recommendations.
This approach gives you flexibility, transparency, and control over your budget, while ensuring every design is professionally prepared and print-ready.
"Print for Me" - Printing Management (Optional – UK Only)
If you’re based in the UK and would prefer not to navigate the printing process, I can take care of it for you.
For a £60 management fee per category (Save the Dates, Invitations, Welcome Boards, etc.), I will coordinate printing with trusted printers, manage file setup, and oversee production from start to finish. Stationery will not be delivered assembled (i.e. invitations will need to be placed inside the envelopes, and place cards will require folding).
Printing, sample orders, and shipping costs are charged directly to you, ensuring full cost transparency and allowing you to approve samples before final production.
This service is designed to save you time while keeping costs clear and controlled.
