1. Cooling-Off Period

1.1 You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and return your order. This period begins the day after you receive your goods.

1.2 To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and original shipping fees will not be refunded.

1.3 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Art Prints must be free of smudges and inside its protective bag. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days, excluding the initial shipping costs.

2. Made-to-Order Items

2.1 As a small business, we specialize in made-to-order products. These items are custom-made and cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

2.2 If a made-to-order item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a repair or replacement.

3. Faulty Items

3.1 If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to request a repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately if you discover a fault.

3.2 If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within six months of purchase. The cost of returning faulty items is to be covered by the customer.

2.2 Art Prints are shipped directly from our printing partner to you. They are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This direct shipping approach helps reduce both costs and environmental impact.

3. Wrapping Paper

3.1 Wrapping paper is shipped folded in an envelope by default. For a crease-free option, select Art Tube (rolled) at checkout, and it will be shipped in a protective cardboard tube.

3.2 Please note that folded wrapping paper may have creases and slight discolouration at the folds. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

4. Shipping Fees

4.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

4.2 Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the order is returned or canceled after shipping.
