We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Cooling-Off Period
1.1 You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and return your order. This period begins the day after you receive your goods.
1.2 To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and original shipping fees will not be refunded.
1.3 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Art Prints must be free of smudges and inside its protective bag. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days, excluding the initial shipping costs.
2. Made-to-Order Items
2.1 As a small business, we specialize in made-to-order products. These items are custom-made and cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.
2.2 If a made-to-order item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a repair or replacement.
3. Faulty Items
3.1 If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to request a repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately if you discover a fault.
3.2 If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within six months of purchase. The cost of returning faulty items is to be covered by the customer.
4. Proof of Purchase
4.1 To process any return, exchange, or refund, you must provide proof of purchase. Please email us your order number and receipt to initiate the process.
4.2 Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your request.
5. How to Return Items

5.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items. Faulty items should also be returned at the customer's expense.
5.3 Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition unless they are being returned due to a fault.

6.2 Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, excluding the original shipping costs.

2.2 Art Prints are shipped directly from our printing partner to you. They are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This direct shipping approach helps reduce both costs and environmental impact.

3.2 Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the order is returned or canceled after shipping.
